Terms of service

Last updated 20 October 2026

  1. Who we are

Gulf Pricing (gulfpricing.com) is run by Gulf Pricing LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company with its registered business address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States ("we", "us"). These terms are the contract between us and the business that uses Gulf Pricing ("you"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

  2. What the service does

Gulf Pricing reads the prices that Gulf retailers publish on their public product pages, matches them to the products you monitor, and shows you the readings, the changes and the alerts you ask for. We do not act for you at any retailer, and we do not buy or sell anything.

  3. Your account

Gulf Pricing is for businesses, and whoever signs up must be able to bind the business they sign up for. The public website is currently a prelaunch preview: account registration, trials and purchases are not available from it. The account and subscription provisions below apply when those services become available. You are responsible for the people you invite, for keeping access to the account safe, and for what is done with it. Tell us at support@gulfpricing.com as soon as you think someone has used it without your permission.

  4. What you may not do

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive, or to send spam. Do not infringe anyone's intellectual property. Do not interfere with the security or running of the service, for example by probing it for weaknesses, spreading malware, overloading it, or scraping or copying the service itself. Do not resell the readings as a data product of your own.

  5. Your data and ours

What you upload, such as your catalogue, your prices and your settings, stays yours, and you let us use it only to run the service for you. The service, its software and design, and the readings it produces belong to us, and you may use the readings inside your business.

  6. Accuracy and availability

Retailers can change their pages or refuse our requests at any time. When that happens the service records it and says so; it never invents a number to fill the gap. We work to keep the service running and the readings right, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors or complete. Check a reading before you rely on it for an important decision: the commercial decisions are yours.

  7. Plans, payment and cancelling

When paid subscriptions become available, our order process will be conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com will be the Merchant of Record for our orders and handle payment and refund inquiries. The applicable Paddle Buyer Terms govern transactions with Paddle. Plans will be billed monthly in advance in US dollars and renew until cancelled. Any applicable taxes and the final charge will be shown before you pay. Cancel through the subscription-management link in your receipt or at Paddle buyer support to prevent further renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy and your mandatory legal rights. The public website takes no payments at present, and contacting us does not start a trial or subscription.

  8. Suspension and closing

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, that is not paid for, or that puts the service or others at risk of fraud or a security incident. Where we can, we tell you first and give you the chance to put it right. You may close your business at any time in Settings.

  9. Liability

As far as the law allows, the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you in any twelve months is limited to what you paid for the service in those twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

  10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When a change matters, we tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect, and if you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

  11. Law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, and the courts of New Mexico have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law. The public terms are in English. Any translation we provide is for convenience; if the two differ, the English text applies, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Paddle's separate terms govern your relationship with Paddle.
